APPOINTMENT POLICY

Booking Appointments & Forms of Payment:

 

 

A valid credit card (MasterCard or Visa) is required to hold ALL appointments, including Initial, Follow Up and Touch Up appointment. Less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or for those who do not show for their appointment, a fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card.

 

 

For client unable to provide credit card, a $100 cash or check* deposit is required to reserve a time for ALL their appointments. The deposit will apply towards the procedure fees. Less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, "no show " or late arrivals for their appointment will forfeit the deposit.

 

 

* If the check is returned for insufficient funds, the appointment will be cancelled without notice.

 

 

 

If pay by credit card, a $15 transaction and handling fee will be added.

 

 

 

Late Arrivals :

 

 

We schedule sufficient time for each client to ensure his/her artwork is done properly in a given amount of time. If a client is late for his/her scheduled time (including INITIAL, FOLLOW UP and TOUCH UP appointment), it becomes very difficult to complete the artwork with adequate time. Because we take pride in our work, that lost time will affect our ability to perform our best work. Therefore, if a client is late 20 minutes or more, the appointment will be deemed cancelled and a fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card used to hold the appointment time.

 

 

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, “no show”, cancellation or rescheduling fees. These charges are non-refundable. Appointment times are held exclusively for each client so we appreciate your understanding as a courtesy to us and other clients.

Please be on time on the day of your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the best quality of work.

Visitors & Children:


Due to health regulations, observers ( spouses, family, or friends) are not allowed in the procedure room during the tattooing process. However, they may participate in the makeup designing process. Drivers, family, etc. will be given an approximate time to return and pick up the client.

Our facility is NOT equipped for young children. Child care arrangements should be made prior to all appointments.


Refund Policy:

The results of any permanent makeup procedure, including but not limited to permanent cosmetics and tattoo removal, cannot be guaranteed . As such, there are no refunds for any work that has already been performed.


Fees and policies are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
